Xtreme Yards History

I have over 15 years of landscaping knowledge, from working in New Zealand where I learnt my trade, to traveling to the UK & Europe where I helped to design and in stall pond pools. I then worked in high end landscaping in central London. I then moved to Perth and decided to start Xtreme Yards.

Every job is doable, and never too hard. My love of design and landscaping makes me easy to interact and work with. Clients like that I am a one stop shop, as I do everything from paving to decking, you name it, we do it - if its in your yard, we do it!

Get to know Adam

It all started with gardening with my parents as a child, I then started building things out of timber with my dad who is a builder. Then in my mid-teens I always liked watching backyard makeovers on TV. From there I got a job with a landscaping company at the age of 16. From there my passion for creating things grew into a passion of creating awesome front and backyards for people.

I'm passionate about the outdoors and outdoor living, so I bring that passion into my work and love creating something for clients that before had something average.

Whether it be simple lawn and garden bed install, to pools, paving and limestone walls.

After our children moved out of home we decided to upgrade our backyard to a more user friendly and easily maintained garden. We asked some advice from various people and learned of Adams previous jobs he had done in the area. Adam came to our place and gave us some great advice, even taking into account peculiarities of our backyard we had not even thought of. From start to finish Adam was in constant contact with us, advising us of recommended adjustments to our plan and giving us various options to improve upon backyard renovation. I have used Xtreme yards a number of times over the last few years, both at my home and workplace. Adam is always friendly, helpful, affordable and completes his work to a high standard. Recently he created a small nature play area at my workplace, which is a primary school. We had a limited budget but Adam transformed it into a wonderful natural play space for the children to enjoy, he turned our ideas and sketches into a reality. Adam communicated with me daily about the status of the project. He had an excellent knowledge of plants and materials that would be suitable for the environment. There were also no hidden costs and the project even came in under the initial quote. The whole process start to finish was hassle free and easy. A few years ago now, I was staying at a B&B in the Kalamunda hills. This is where I came across the work that Adam of Xtreme Yards carries out. I was really impressed with what he had created. At the time I didn’t have any work that I needed doing but got his details anyway for the future. Well the future arrived in the form of a 100+ year old home. As much as we fell in love with our new home it certainly needed some work. I contacted Adam in the hope he could help our new-old home. We wanted to keep the character and charm of the original fence/paving etc but give it a big facelift. Adam exceeded our expectations and carried out all the work to a very high standard. Adams vision for what he wanted to create for us was well presented and very professional. We have more work that we are going to get Adam to do for us in the near future.
